I am the President of Phillips, Lange & Company.

I have been in executive search field for over 20 years. During this time I have worked with many companies from start-ups to the Fortune 500.

My career began with work in a New York City based search firm. There I learned all the different facets of executive search and working with senior executives in leadership roles. I was trained and mentored by one of the area's top search partners. It was a great foundation on which to build a successful career in search and recruiting.

I recruit based primarily on networking and referrals. This has allowed me to find the best passive candidates who can take my clients to the next level of success.

My firm focuses on senior leadership roles. Those are at the VP, EVP or SVP and C-Suite positions. Our clients are companies who are involved in advanced technology and manufacturing of products.

 

My educational background is a Master Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and a Bachelor Degree in Psychology.
